      In an effort to obtain better customer service I left my previous credit union. I was treated with a smile, promptly and efficiently. It was great to feel wanted instead of being treated as a second class citizen.

      We had the most respectful and kind experience with Coosa Valley in Cartersville. They treated us like family and this was the first first time I have ever stepped foot in this bank. Everything was handled in a very easy and timely manner as well. I went in for a vehicle loan and Sherry took very good care of myself and my daughter. We will definitely continue services with this bank even after the loan is paid.
