      Had a problem once with a stolen debit card. Bank replaced my money. Other wise very good credit union.

      Horrible service after years of being a customer and so tired of it that I am moving on!!! The mobile app acts like something from the 1970’s, I have had many issues cashing valid checks, added money to my account several times only to wait DAYS to have use of it, and now I added money into my account from Venmo by instant transfer (OCT) only to find out that Copoco holds the transfer for 3 days whereas all other banks give you access within 15 minutes! BYE FELICIA, COPOCO is awful!
