      I am a finance manager at a dealership and rely on CORE Credit Union heavily. They are always prompt in their responses, get everything accurate on the first pass, and treat our mutual customers with courtesy and respect. To me, one of the most telling things about the quality of experience that CORE provides is the fact that I have customers come in and request we use CORE specifically on their deal. Zack Rogers, the loan rep I work with provides outstanding service and could not be better partner to work with. Jim Thibodeau makes sure our relationship stays outstanding and really reaches out to us a lot to learn new ways CORE can stay ahead of the curve and constantly improve. All in all they are a great company to work with and I could not be more pleased to have a partner like them to give my customers the help they need. Can't recommend CORE highly enough.

      They stole $5 from my account for "excessive withdrawal fee". This is not an overdraft fee, as I have more than enough to cover my withdrawals. I have to pay a fee to use my money? If I could give negative stars, I would have.
