      My experience started off great. Then every time I would call back to get an update I was told “Oh your file is sitting right here and I keep forgetting to send it up”. This went on for weeks and I would advise not to use this company for any of your mortgage needs. The reason I even went to this mortgage company was because my realtor recommended them. I will be letting my realtor know my experience as well and hopefully saving other home buyers from what I experienced. I contacted another lending company in the same area and already approved. Paper work and all completed in a professional, timely manner.
