  Would not recommend Ben Hogan or his processor, communication was terrible, I was calling them all the time and would have to continue to reach out by email, text, and calling and still took forever to get answer. All the docs were sent in right from the start since I am in the business and knew what was required. Bad when I have to ask about docs for closing from my lender. Only used due to closing cost credit with builder.

  So I was just shopping around moving into the state from out. I looked through a couple of their profiles and happened to pick Ian Blake kind of just by chance to be honest. It was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had working with a professional. Not at any point did it ever feel salesy or like they were just trying to get the job done or anything like that. I feel like the service that I was given was beyond exceptional. Being a first-time home buyer is nerve-racking and not knowing what types of loans you can get whether you should or shouldn't do something based on your credit score or even you're buying power is often hard to determine with so many resources out there. Going with USA mortgage and in particular Ian Blake was the best decision that I've made in a very long time. I had constant clarity, I never had to question what was actually happening or who I should be talking to. It was a seamless experience that even had hurdles and difficulties that were not the fault of USA mortgage that Ian was able to guide me through. If you go with them I assure you you won't have any regrets!
