      We use them for commercial lending. Compared to the national banks, they are complete rockstars here. When you call the bank you actually get a real person to talk to, and our banker is almost always available. Highly recommend!

      Not great service. Refuses to rectify errors or mistakes made, customer service is horrible. Gate City Bank is a much better choice with employees that actually seem to care and work with you. This place absolutely pales in comparison.
