  This bank loves to scam! I had a Fraudulent charge to my account where someone paid their credit card. The fraud department contacted me told me they would take care of it and then never did anything. I spoke with the bank several times in the last 3 weeks. The bank continued to charge me charges because of the fraudulent charge (because I’ve had so many issues with this bank and I had previously emptied my accounts so I could close them) I ended up having to pay all monies owed… *fraudulent charge and overdraft fees, that go right in the banks pocket.* I will see if the bank actually does their job and closes my account since I signed all the documents. I have been trying to close this checking account for 4 months. BEWARE!!!!!!

  I’d like to say this 5 stars is for Renee Patten from your call center, and her alone. She is a god send. She figured out a problem with my account that had been going on for 6 months! Dozens of calls looking for answers, and Renee handled it in 5 minutes. She does her job with compassion, and treats people with the respect they deserve. Her problem solving skills are obviously An asset to your company and I want her to get the recognition she deserves. Thank you so much Renee!
