      As soon as my truck loan is paid I will be taking my business elsewhere. Since their last branch manager left at the south Beloit branch its really gone down hill. Don't make mistakes they won't work with you.

      Every single time I call this place, the ladies are so rude. You can tell they’re very passive aggressive about it also. Super high pitch tone of voice and talk to you as if they’re speaking to a child. It’s infuriating to say the least.
