      It's sad that this place is always like we're here to help you but yet when you need the help like refinancing a loan that the payment is so stupidity high on but yet oh well we can't do that this place has been horrible and I've been with them for 8 years please don't waste your time with this place go somewhere else that will treat you a lot better

      A $9.95 convenience fee to make an online payment is outrageous... Their interest rates are also high- shop around and you will find a cheaper option for auto loans.

      I'm sorry that this fee has disappointed you but let me assure you this fee is passed on from the vendor we use for same day processing. This online payment feature is designed for those who are trying to make payments at the last minute. We have multiple fee-free options that I would encourage all members to use. A few years back we were made aware that a quick one time option wasn't available so members would incur a late fee if they hadn't made their payment on time. Please give us a call to help you either set up a scheduled transaction or to explore additional ways to make your payment. Also, our current auto rates are some of the lowest to be found in middle Tennessee at less than 2.00% APR as of July 21, 2021.
