  The people are great up there especially Doss. I like his attitude, he is so friendly he always says he's glad to see me. He is an asset to the bank. I wish everywhere i go everyone i come in contact with was like him.

  Just called to see about opening a new account and the lady I spoke with was very rude . I asked her about the bad reviews online and it was due to customer service issues and she said well I haven’t looked at the reviews online, you can’t please everyone and started talking over me. I told her for a credit union she should have better customer service skills than that . Lol what a joke

  2nd time I apply for a loan and don't get a call even though the website tells you that they'll call within 4 hours. When I called back the 1st time the woman was rude did not want to explain why I was denied and just gave me a quick answer to get me off the phone. this is the 1st credit union im with I thought it was suppose to be exceptional customer service????? ill be closing my saving acct with them and going else where... 8/21/18 updating my review. now when i walk in i feel more welcomed also i get quick responses callbacks and followups on my loans. love it so much ive opened a checking account lol
