      Danny Talia and the team at Cornerstone have impeccable service and expertise. Purchasing a home is a daunting task and having a new mortgage is so intimidating but Danny went through each and every scenario, ran the numbers and explained everything so thoroughly! I was so impressed with how he and his team made the process so easy and understandable along each step. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, whether you are a first time buyer like I was or purchasing again. I can't say enough amazing things about how smooth this process was.

      If I could give less than one star I would. We were supposed to close at 9am this morning. I found out at 6 pm last night that Cornerstone First Mortgage dropped the ball and requested some inspection reports late yesterday afternoon that have been available for over a month. They pushed closing back a week. They are non-responsive and impossible to work with. The title company has been trying to get information from them for a week and this is what they do in a crunch. DO NOT USE THEM! They will ruin your whole selling/buying process! Update! They STILL can't close this loan. Moved out another week. This has been under contract for 2 MONTHS!!!! They will wait until the night before you're under contract to close and then try and buy more time. Horrible company!!!! Additional update! Still have not closed! Closing has been rescheduled 4 times! May be looking like 5 if they don’t make Wed. Supposed to close today and no one called or provided closing documents again. They assured us on Friday everything would submitted to the title company. Not even a phone call to update us.

      They made us pass a nightmare, we are about to lose the house we had 1 year waiting. All by incompetent. FAMILY do not fall here. Not in San Diego nor in El Centro ca.
