  My wife and myself were first time buyers looking for a home during the summer of 2021. Kelly and her team were a great support during this exciting yet scary process. The team was really responsive, took the time to navigate and explain our options as well the various documents and stages. The rates they offered us were great and we definitely had a great experience. To prepare our offer and once it got accepted the team moved so fast to ensure we were on time at every step.Thanks again Kelly, Bonnie, Catherine, Emily, Heather, and the rest of the team from our new home that we really enjoy!

  Wanted to recommend Cornerstone Home Lending and the Kelly Marsh Team. Over the years we have worked with several lending institutions throughout California. This organization is by far the most professional of all of them. From initial e-mail, everyone had a single purpose, secure financing for the client in the most expeditious manner and at the best rates. We even sent an e-mail inquiry on a Sunday and a couple hours later received a repose to start the process. Each step along the way had a personal contact person that would respond in a timely manner. Document requests were well organized and timely. From initial contact to escrow closing could not have gone any better due to the dedication of everyone at Cornerstone Home Lending and the Kelly Mash. Team. The Demaray Family
