I wish I could give 0 stars. Cornerstone home lending has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They paid our homeowners insurance to a completely different insurance company that we are not affiliated with (no idea how) and it took them over 2 months to fix the issue. Everyone that I talked to gave me a different story as to what happened, and every single person I talked to in their customer service department was rude and did not care at all that our homeowners insurance payment wasn't made. Run away from this lender if you can. We unfortunately didn't have a choice in choosing them but if you do, choose someone else.

Kellie and the rest of the cornerstone team were extremely helpful, kind, and quick to respond/get things moving. We were able to close on the house in just a month! I’m not sure how they made it happen but they were an absolute pleasure to work with.
