I used Tom to provide financing for a home purchase. My situation was complicated, but Tom embraced a situation that others ran from. He was able to get the deal done in a timely, cost effective manner. I am no expert on Mortgage Brokers. However, my realtor was a Mortgage Broker for 6 years prior to selling real estate., she couldn’t say enough goods things about Tom even though it was her first experience with him. I highly recommend him.
