      We cannot say enough great things about Cornerstone Mortgage, especially our loan officer Roberta. She was with us every step of the way. This was our first time buying a home and we were very hesitant on everything needed to even begin to look at a new home. Roberta was there for us day and night ready to explain everything! We had many hiccups along the way and Roberta and the team worked together 24/7 with us to find our new forever home while fixing anything needed to ensure that we were not overwhelmed at all. From getting pre-approved to helping find the perfect loan options for us, cornerstone was right there fighting for us to have our dream home.       Vicki Kropp at the DePere location was extremely helpful during my first solo home buying experience. She is very experienced and does her job well. From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease with the mortgage process. She took the time and care to explain my options and gracious when addressing any questions or concerns I had (there were several). We encountered a big hurdle along the way, and Vicki faced it for me head on and was patient through the whole ordeal. One year later, with Vicki's help, I refinanced my home at an excellent interest rate. I would highly recommend Vicki Kropp when looking for a loan agent.
