  Maggie is an awesome realtor knowledgeable in her field! As a first time home buyers, there were many times that a curve ball would be thrown at us. Maggie knew exactly how to handle the situation, guided us through any questions, and went above and beyond to reassure us that everything would be ok. Maggie is definitely for her clients and that is what I love about her. From our first conversation I knew we were in good hands. Now, we are homeowners!   Being that I’m from Southern California I had no idea who or how to find a realtor in the area. A realtor friend of mine found Maggie for us and he couldn’t of found a better person for the job. It’s not often you find an agent that will help you pray for your home. Maggie is very knowledgeable in her field and as first time homebuyers, I felt that we were in good hands. I will definitely be working with her again in the future and would recommend Cornerstone Real Estate and Home loans inc to everyone.

  My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, so it was a little nerve wrecking to start the process. Also given the fact that we are very young a lot of businesses don’t take us serious when we walk in a lot of times and they try to take advantage of our inexperience. But Joel and Maggie made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process not once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of or given misleading information. They always explained everything very thoroughly to us always made sure we understood what was going on. We were able to ask them any and all the questions we had without any discomfort. Not once did they make us feel pressured to do anything we weren’t sure of. Not once did we feel pressured to rush into buying a home. The market was rough when we were looking so we saw a lot of houses that we loved and went quick but at the end we were able to get the perfect house for us in the area that we wanted it. Maggie’s was always right on it when we told her we loved a house she would do everything she could to get us good chance. They also worked with our schedule very well so that me and my fiancé could both go see the houses. We are very grateful to Maggie and Joel and very happy with how everything was handled. I would definitely recommend you guys to work with them. You will not regret it.
