      The customer service is excellent. When I called the representatives have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. The loan department is excellent. They were able to process my loan in one day. The only problem I have, when sending money to my account CAFCU from an external bank (CHASE), it takes days before it reaches my CAFCU account. My external bank (Chase) and CAFCU are both in Illinois and I don't understand why it takes up to 5 days for the deposit to hit my CAFCU account. Overall I really like the credit union but they need to find away to get deposits in accounts quicker.

      This credit union is a scam and a joke. I wouldn't refer anyone to them. They are terrible and their customer service is awful. When dealing with an issue Ivonne treated me terribly and acted as if I wasn't a paying customer.

      I've been banking with CAFCU for over 5 years now and have never had any issue with them. In the rare instances where I need their customer assistance, they have been nothing but helpful and courteous. Their services are very easy to use and sensible.
