      Opened a simple savings account online with CAFCU and as a regular follow up Ms. Geeta Shetty reached out to see if I got the email with all documents. I acknowledged and wished her a beautiful week ahead. Just before I hung up she mentioned about my car and asked if I am looking to refinance. I said not really but what do you have to offer. Long story short being a professional she mentioned about the special promo they have on their rates. I filled in the application and got approved. The moral of the story is had Ms. Geeta Shetty not asked me that question and done the follow through she did, I would not have thought about that for months as that was not on my agenda. I ended up saving $$ in a big way. Ms. Geeta helped me and guided me through the process! Companies need employees like Ms. Geeta who are there to maintain and grow the business being casual and yet helping customers/potential customers. Thank you Ms. Geeta Shetty and thank you CAFCU!

      Wasted 20 minutes driving there, while calling the branch to make sure they do Share branch services and I don’t have to drive there for nothing. Well, no one answered, when I got there, I showed them I was calling the branch, there were no customers inside, 5 employees and no one picked up the phone! Well, hopefully no one else have issues and have better customer service.

      I haven’t been to this location but the customer service I’ve received from CAFCU is great. They helped me every step of the way with my auto loan and even stayed late with me after the branch was closed to help me. Much appreciated, thank you very much women of CAFCU
