  I purchased furniture from Gardner-White but they sent the wrong furniture so I returned the furniture and American first is still taking money from my account. They act like loan sharks. I told American first that they sent the wrong furniture and I wanted to cancel my contract with them and I was told that because I accepted the furniture I still had to pay for it. The chairs were in boxes so I didn’t know it was wrong until I opened the box. Gardner-White picked it up over a week ago so why are you still taking money from my account. The customer service people were rude and all said I still had to pay even though it was the wrong items, several people that I spoke with all said the same thing. This company must me desperate for money to continue to take money for furniture that I don’t have anymore.
