Hard Money Made Easy! I can't say enough about Mark Hebert and Corridor Funding. This is my first time using hard money and I was a little hesitant to say the least. I was referred by a friend 2 years ago but I finally decided to give them a call. I'm so happy that I did. One star is too much. I have a signed rate lock refi in place and just now get a text that Corridor and its “owners” will not honor this. Landon sends me a new term sheet: “this is the best we can do.” Do not work with Corridor. The market has and is changing. Apparently so do Corridor’s values and ethics. Poorly reflects on this lender’s team and ownership.
