I have used Cortrust bank since I opened my first bank account. I've also gone through two mortgage experiences through the bank with Jeff Mindt. I would highly recommend Cortrust bank for a local/regional bank that works with their customers to meet their lending and banking needs. They provide excellent customer service (responsive) and the people I've worked with have always seemed to care about me and answer any questions I may have. I'd highly recommend for any banking needs!

Poor customer service. Staff dont care about the customers. Rude, unprofessional and dont meet customer needs. Managers rude and cant train there staff to be professional and respectful. Wells Fargo treats a person as a number but still is proffessional.
