Danny Hart with Cottage Properties has been wonderful to work with. My husband and I first heard about Danny’s great reputation from a friend years ago and decided to go with him to manage one of our rental properties. He really went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and always quick to respond. He did a fantastic job of finding great tenants and weeding out any that would be problematic. We never had any issues with any of our tenants and felt at peace knowing he would take care of our property. Danny is also a realtor and recently helped us to sell a property and to purchase a home at the same time. The process was seamless. He stayed in constant communication with us and provided updates throughout the process. He really had our best interest at heart.
