      The first time I called the call was picked up and then hung up immediately. The second time I called for help on my card and the lady seemed very huffy with me.She took my phone number and told me that she would call me back. It got to about half an hour till they closed and they never called me back so I called back thinking that maybe they had just forgot about me. The lady asked me to hold and they left me on hold for almost an hour. It went into closing hours and no one ever helped me. I am switching banks. These guys are horrible and very rude. I have never had a bank not help me before
