      Have been going here for 3 years. This year she didn't claim eitc for us, said we did not qualify. Got a letter from the IRS saying we qualified and did not claim it. Got a 2nd look from h and r block and we did qualify! Also turns out she shorted a few hundred on state. Took it back to her to amend, she was unapologetic and is taking an additional few days to amend the return and only offered half off next year. I get people make mistakes but it makes you wonder how many mistakes she made in the last 3 years costing us money! Felt like I should have been refunded my money and amended the return right away. Time wasted and could have been over $1000 gone for not doing her job to the utmost accuracy with the IRS. VERY frustrating.
