I cannot say enough about your personalized customer service! I recently lost my mother and she had accounts that needed to be managed. Aaron walked my sister and I through every detail step by step with patience and understanding. I can’t count how many times I called him and probably asked him the same question he had just answered the previous day, but he never got impatient with me. When I had to come sign papers, he met me at my car so we didn’t have to come inside. He had things ready to pick up at the drive through before we even arrived! Thank you, Aaron for making such a difficult process so much easier to navigate! I recently had a friend move to the area and she needed a bank.
