      Good customer service in person (Oxnard branch) when making payments. HOWEVER! Extremely difficult to speak to anyone over the phone regarding a current loan . They instantly try to transfer calls. Once transferred nobody picks up. have left multiple messages after being transferred multiple times and still no follow up. I expressed my frustration on not being able to get any updates after all my attempts to the last agent and still didn't show any empathy to try and help me even after asking for a member of management. Its so annoying to have to invest time in person and over the phone so many times to not get an adequate answer .
