      Evidently they invested quite a bit in a convenient coin counter instead of taking counted rolled coins. The problem is it's not accurate. I have a coin operated business and I count and inspect every coin before deposit. but on multiple occassions it credited me or shorted me very seldom it was spot on. They won't accept rolled coins unless you dump them in the machine. Be aware the customer no service is real there and it starts with the manager arguing with you, not working with you and ignoring the inaccuracys. CountyBank is a good financial institution but I would avoid this branch if you are like me and have massive coin deposits.
