      This title company has got to be the worst title company I've ever used in my 10 years in this business. They refused to insure a policy after I told them that I would be buying this property with my own cash. They are not Investor friendly whatsoever so don't expect your Assignments of Contract & Double closings to go through. The title agent at this title company prior to rescinding the title policy told me that the property I'm buying is not worth what I'm paying/selling.
