      This is the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever dealt with. Ashley would not answer my emails. She waited until it is too late to get signatures. She waited until 3:30 PM on Friday to even ask for the address of the person she needed to send the papers to. Then she asked the agent even though she could have called the seller directly, perhaps she was too ashamed. The close is scheduled for Monday and she wants to go forward without the signed papers. That means the buyers will get to move in but I will not receive payment until some time later. And the court house is closed on Thursday and Friday for the holidays. She obviously don't know how to do her job or don't care.
