  They are very unprofessional and I feel like they are out to steal my information I tried talking and explaining something to Ms Jackson but but the amount of how much she didn't care was so evident and she was very quick to cut me off while talking

  I recently had some fraudulent activity happen with this company, I was unaware of what was going on until one of the branch managers (Linda) made me aware of it. Linda was very helpful and professional as to what I needed to do to dispute what was going on. Because of holidays it was hard to get the police report over to them due to our headquarters being shutdown. I received a call from Prince he stated he was the assistant manager but was terribly rude and unprofessional, cutting me off any chance he got and speaking to me like a child. I am not even one of their customers, just dealing with an issue that was very frustrating and he didn’t make it any easier. This is not a company I would ever do business with, just thought I would share my experience.
