      Wish there was a rating of less than one star. One of the worst Title companies I have dealt with over the last 29 years. They had the file for 31 days and I did not hear from them once! No acknowledgement of the 5k escrow deposit, no title commitment to review, and no municipal lien search until the day before closing. I ONLY got them because I called and talked to the owner who admitted she dropped the ball. Nice example to set for your employees. Was a simple cash closing and she could not even get the closing statement right. Stay far away! The good reviews were probably written by friends.

      Courtland Title is an absolutely incredible company. They will work tirelessly to ensure every closing is done properly and in a timely manner. The people who work here are wonderfully kind and hard working as well!
