  I had the pleasure of working with Theresa and she made getting a mortgage an extremely easy and straight forward process. I got referred to her by a friend of mine, so I immediately knew I could trust her to handle everything related to my mortgage, which is part of one the biggest decisions I have had to make in my life. Working with Theresa was extremely enjoyable and providing her with all the necessary documents needed to apply for a mortgage didn’t feel like work at all. She was extremely professional and very helpful when answering my question and explaining all the different things that go into such a big loan. She was also extremely approachable and when I say extremely approachable I mean crunching various numbers for me and answering all my questions, calls, and concerns at 8pm on a Saturday or Sunday night… like what loan officer does that?! On top of everything, she was able to lock me in to a killer interest rate before mortgage rates started rising and she had me ready to close in less than two weeks, which is AMAZING in today’s environment. I am so thankful I was referred to Theresa because she made the entire loan application process such a breeze from start to finish. I would recommend Theresa as a loan officer to anyone who is looking to finance a home, you will not regret it and you can thank me later!

Since the first time we spoke over the phone, my wife and I felt the sincerity and the knowledge. She was able to help us close on our property in less than 30 days with a great interest rate.
