  This is our 2nd time staying at this little cabin by the lake Nottely. Have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Private, lake front, clean with 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Definitely will return

  We are 15 year veterans in the vacation rental world... from Colorado to Key West. I rented Rustic Retreat for two nights. The house was really clean (kudos to Cozy Cove), and well appointed, well stocked and a great lay out for six adults and one Grand (kudos to the homeowner). I do think requiring guests to visit the office is archaic, especially since guests must manage the application and payment online. I was not crazy about additional fees for more than four people when I rented and paid for a three bedroom house. I also was not a fan of having to wash towels before check out at 10 am (told to me at check in - not online). Six people taking showers and waiting for hot water heater to recover and trying to leave by 10 am and paying a cleaning fee on top of that was not my idea of a fun morning. All in all, Rustic Retreat is a beautiful and large cabin but the total fees paid were not the best value in my opinion. In winter you can see the sunset but my guess in the summer you won’t have a view. Nor the lake. Spend your money wisely.
