      Been a CPM member for 12+ years. I have never had an issue with the bank, the employees or any customer service problems. They have always been friendly, helpful, and have gone above and beyond for me.

      Horrible customer service from Augusta Rd. Ive been a member almost as long as most of them have been alive and they question my every transaction and do it with a rude unprofessional attitude. My home branch has always been Butler Rd but it is difficult to get to that location most of the time. Hope CPM can offer more locations in the future and customer service training. It is a terrible practice to not offer local branch numbers, you can only call 1-800 number with any questions. Some questions are pertinent to branch specifics. For instance today I want to know if Augusta RD has coin machine and I have to call 1-800 number for rep to tell me they have it but she has no idea if it is actually working. That is a small example of the impersonal service offered here. If you are looking for a local convenient bank with a personal touch, look elsewhere this is not it. If you are looking for good rates, decent services and dont require much in person communication then you will likely be satisfied here.
