  Americans banking here with a 700 credit score can’t get a small business loan but is also handing out no credit, no-doc loans to immigrants.

  Dylan, it's unlikely that we wouldn't approve someone with a 700-point credit score unless other factors prevented us. If this was you, call us at 1-800-464-0253, and let's try to get you that loan.   Worst place to do business in order to get your small business a credit line. We have been waiting since January 29, 2021 to receive a decision on a credit application. The person helping us, Bill, lost my tax return forms when we sent our papers in. He took two weeks to tell us that I never gave it to him and it needed to be re-submitted. I have called this credit union to cancel my application and get my taxes back so I can apply somewhere else. We have tried to be nice about it and give enough time to process the application due to the pandemic, but let’s be real. 2 months of inconsistent communication is unacceptable regardless of the context. We’re trying to open a small business here. Don’t market a service that you cannot fulfill.
