      When I had an unexpected septic failure, I was referred to Craft3 as a way to finance the replacement. Of all the issues that I had to deal with during a very stressful and difficult process, this was by and far the easiest. The customer service and communication have been excellent with no long or confusing phone waits or menus and the personnel I've spoken to be have been knowledgeable, understanding and well-spoken. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

      I didn't have any problems with my Craft3 loan. I found a septic system installer, applied for Craft3 loan. Craft3 paid the installer half the cost up front and half the cost when the job was completed. Once I found the contractor and applied for the loan the whole process from start to finish was basically on cruise control with nothing needed of me. The only thing I had to do when the project was complete was notify Craft3 so they could pay the septic installer the other half of the payment. Now I just make low interest monthly payments.

      Avoid wasting time on this company. They illegally red line certain areas where they have no intention of making loans. They do not live up to their mission statement. They are a fraud!
