  Craig is a magician when it comes to figuring out tricky situations with the home buying process. My uncle who is a real estate appraiser referred him to me 10 years ago when another broker told me he could not make my situation work. Craig was able to figure it out and by the time the short sale close 7 months later I already had $100k in equity. I have also used him to refinance three times. He is always looking out for his client's best interest and helped me bring my payment down. Most recently, I was in the process of divorcing with four children. When I four former house appraised too high and I realized I could not afford it, I started looking at other houses. I found one that I fell in love with, right across the street from a park (again) in a great neighborhood. It felt like home. I was again in a tricky situation, my credit score was not the best (Craig helped me to get it up), I had only been back to work for three months, and some of my income was child support. He worked endlessly to make it work and the kids and I could not be happier! I give Craig my highest recommendation!

  If your looking for a loan officer that not only knows the business thoroughly but will handle your situation with professionalism and kindness look no further. I cant thank Craig enough for helping my wife and I close on our first home last month (especially in these crazy times.) He was there always to answer all of my questions even when on his vacation he made it a point to keep us updated during escrow. Bottom line it was a great experience. Mario R.
