      Have been a member at Crane for years. Just recently went through refinancing a mortgage, and I have to say it has been the most pleasant experience I have had before when dealing with a financial institution. Megan, the loan processor I had the pleasure of working with, was beyond fantastic. Every step of the way, she was such a tremendous help and made everything so simple and easy. Can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with throughout this whole process!!

      I've used Crane Credit Union for 15 years so far. I've never had an issue of any kind. They've always been very helpful and polite, regardless which branch I've went to.
