      Called and left three message before and after Thanksgiving 2020 for Mr. Larry Crary's paralegal based upon my conversation with the receptionist I spoke with each time I called. Briefly explained my personal issue asking for a call back after the Thanksgiving holiday and did not receive a returned call. Called again one more time again leaving another brief summary for the paralegal asking for help and never received a returned call. The only reason I intended to choose this firm was Mr. Crary's association with St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Stuart and through my attending the church each winter as a part time resident. To say I was extremely disappointed in not even getting a returned call was quite frankly, shocking. Even if they were unable to assist me in my legal matter not receiving a returned was clearly a poor reflection of the firm. Mr. Crary and his team of attorneys' may be excellent at what they do as well as may be very caring people. Unfortunately, in my particular situation this paralegal obviously determined I was not worthy of even getting a phone call returned. It was very disappointing. Thankfully I was able to find a very competent attorney to help me in resolving my legal matters.
