  We’ve now utilized Creative Financial’s services twice; once for a refi during the pandemic and once to purchase a home after the pandemic. For our refi on our first home, we had originally planned to use the same bank that we used during our closing, but once the pandemic shut everything down, that bank refused to continue with our refi. We already had our rate locked and were very close to finishing the process. This is when we asked Kellie and her team to help us. We ran into a couple of roadblocks on the way, but Kellie never stopped working for us and she and her team were able to secure the refinance for us at a great rate. When we decided to sell that home and purchase a different one, obviously Creative Financial was our only choice and we completed the sale happy and comfortable with the entire process. Anytime we had any questions the entire team was great at explaining our options and walking us through all of the documents they needed from us. We love this team so much that we’ve already referred them to any friends of ours that have discussed purchasing a new home, and in fact already have had one friend use their services as well when they bought a home in the same subdivision as ours. They loved working with Kellie as much as we did. Kellie Pali and her team at Creative Financial are the only mortgage lenders I would ever consider using, and I already refer them to anyone considering purchasing a home or completing a refi.

  I went with Creative Financial based on the glowing recommendation of a friend who earlier used them to buy a house. Well, it turns out my friend did not nearly glow enough. The team of Kellie, Jasmine, and Hailey exceeded expectations; they were simply THE BEST. Despite being inexperienced and remote in the buying process, I knew from the start that I was in good, capable hands and that gave me confidence and absolute peace of mind. Despite the time difference, they were very responsive to all my questions. There is no question I would go back to them again with any future needs. I highly recommend!
