  I have nothing to say about this company but good things. I never dreamt I would own my own home with my credit situation and being a single mother of four. Jessica walked me through every step of the stressful process. It is a wonderful new beginning for my family. We finally have a beautiful home to call our very own!

  Ignore the negative reviews (especially the misspelled ones). This is a great company made up of even better people. We worked with them in selling of our Wapakoneta home. From beginning to end, they were motivated to make the process simple, fast, and mutually beneficial. Jessica is patient, kind, and insightful. Everyone there at CHBS is courteous, respectful, and professional. We were able to sell our home for a fair price and it allowed us to move when life and professional demands required it. They spent a lot of time and money preparing and remodeling the home, and now it’s back available on the market as a home for a family to feel safe and sound, warm and protected. I would be more than happy to work with them again, and would advise anyone who wants to sell their home (or buy one) to check out their website, and reach out with questions.

  Don't buy a house from these guys. They just throw it together to make it look good, and no one knows the problems they left unfixed. We had to completely fix our sewer and water lines just to have the same problems a year later. They don't care. They just want their money !
