  I just got off a phone call with Derik Barbieri for a consultation on the Credilife program and the services they offer. He was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. Based on our talk I look forward to a positive experience with Credilife.

  If I could leave Credilife a million stars I would! My husband and I started our journey to financial wellness with the WRONG company. Blue something or another, anyway they took our money and did nothing for us. In November of 2020 we signed up for Credilife with Coach Jeremy. The first thing I can say is no where along the road were we treated poorly or made to feel badly about our past mistakes. Jeremy listen to us, and told us the steps to fix those mistakes, but more importantly taught us what we did wrong and how to not do it again. Our goal like so many others was to buy a house. We were under contract for almost 10 months but we finally closed. Our credit improved so much we got a great rate and our profile is solid! We could not have done it without Credilife, Coach Jeremy and his team. Awesome people with a true desire to teach people all about credit. When we signed up, Jeremy said to us, when we're done with the program we will ask ourselves if we can afford it, and not worry about being approved. He was 100% right. Getting approved isn't a problem any more. But more importantly, we know what we can afford even before going to the store, because they taught us! It is the best money you can spend. Worth every penny.

  My husband and I joined together because of all the great reviews and figured we’d have a great experience. While our credit scores definitely went up, and my husband got things deleted off our credit report, the customer service lacked in our experience. We didn’t even know who our coach was until we stopped our membership and got an email. (After around 7 months) Our monthly reports sometimes were incorrect and we felt the person who would message us (who wasn’t our coach) wasn’t always there to actually help with questions and give actual answers. They beat around the bush and gave copied and pasted answers sometimes. If we’d ask If we should do something we’d just be told yes or no and not given better options. We were also told some of the companies wouldn’t do pay to delete and not to try to ask them to, but after dropping Credilife they in fact did pay to delete. People say they learned so much about credit repair from joining but we did not. Probably because we never talked to our coach. We learned the most off of their Facebook group, but would never post on there because some of the workers or their relatives can be absolutely rude to people. There was also a lot more money needing involved than expected that wasn’t really said in the beginning. We are happy that our credit scores did definitely go up, but all our other expectations or hopes (good customer service, knowledge) didn’t happen. The price might have been worth it if we got the full experience the other reviews seem to give.
