  1 star for the obvious reasons, no one likes to deal with collections. But the Credit Bureau of Klamath Country takes it one step further and does everything in their power to make you feel your worst. But this review isn’t about the sad souls that that choose to work there. This is about the fact that their staff is so incompetent in their jobs that they sent SOMEONE ELSE’S personal information to me, stuffed into the same envelope as my paperwork. Now I’m wondering many times has MY informational been sent to someone else? Because there are bills they claim to have sent me that I for sure never got. Not sure how high they were that they can’t pay enough attention to make sure they’re sending the correct papers to the correct people. But I suppose not sharing people’s personal information with strangers is simply asking too much. I don’t feel bad for the vitriol that the Credit Bureau employees deal with everyday; I sincerely hope you people feel awful about your lives and the choices you made to get you to where you are today. This is a job that you chose. Do better.

  They Charge you for things that were already covered by insurance 😥 they waste your time and are rude. They don't even care if all you can afford is. They need shut down and removed from the community

  Terrible. Don't care about people at all. Unwilling to work with people in a way that doesn't have a huge affect on their family or their ability to afford living expenses.
