  CRB Brought my credit score from a 620 to a 720 in just 3 months, and I was able to purchase my first home. I am also a Real Estate Agent and have referred them many times over and will continue to do so.

  Luckily, I am smart and checked my reports every time this company stated they removed something from my reports. On two occasions they said they removed something (and billed me for it) that was indeed not removed. Don't hire them, they simply scam you.

  She is half correct. She is correct about the mis-billing part. This was an extremely, unfortunate, rare/double mistake/for 2 accounts that were similar to others. We owned up to it immediately, and apologized immediately, and fixed the billing error immediately. Hardly a scam.

  If I could rate this company it would be zero stars! One word to Sum this up is SCAM. My personal experience is Sam was referred by a very reliable mortgage lender. Upon speaking to Sam he promised my husband and I the heavens would basically open and my husband's credit score would be at least in the mid 700's. So I sign up for everything they required of me. 2 months went by and nothing absolutely nothing! I noticed my husband's score had even dropped. I then took matters into my own hands, cancelled this service, paid the 2 debt collectors off and had the debt removed myself as per the collection agency sending out a letter stating so. I then get a $465 bill from this company stating they were the ones that had the debt removed! I call both debt collection agencies and ask if CRB had ever sent anything out on our behalf letters, calls, emails.... The answer was No. This company never sent out any letters to try to settle anything! Sam claims he worked SO hard for us... Funny thing is he never worked on our accounts... Someone else was. Sam the scam is more like it! Do not waste your time. Just call and settle the debts on your own and most likely they will even lower it if you pay up front. Hard lessons learned about this company but more so that credit is so important and I should have been on top of it myself.

  Mrs Reed, we are pay for delete. You get billed after (after, "after" we get the items removed). We got the items removed. You said that you were having some financial challenges/COVID times. We repeatedly offered to work with you/we still will. This seems like an over excuse to not pay us. You claimed that you settled a small collection account (an account that we got deleted) and that you now say the collector put in writing that they were deleting the account off of your credit report - we simply asked you to send us proof. We asked you this, repeatedly. You still have never sent it. Don't you think that we deserve to get paid, not get stiffed for our efforts and results. We bill after the deletion occurs. We are the ones who did not get paid. Why won't you send us this basic simple proof?
