I have to say Melissa you were right! the COVID-19 really did effect the credit agency until today for me and I am sorry for saying I did not get any results since time around as I did from the first credit repair I did with you in 2016! I felt I had to leave this review in case someone else doubts there credit progress during this crazy COVID-19 like I did. For 5 months there was almost no change to my credit and I constantly blamed you Melissa for this but today not 1 charge off came off not 2 charge off came off but 10 charge off accounts out of 12 were removed off my credit! I think the 2 remained because I have a payment plan with my bank but not sure. So thank you Melissa really I am sorry for all I said and I do hope this review does help others and provide the hope I needed and was too thick headed to take from Melissa and credit freedom.
