      I'll give CSA 4 stars because every since I've gotten my car which I've have about a year or so they've been really great working with me Whether it was a late payment Or calling to set up a payment arrangement. Yes my car has been killed switched a couple times but that was due to my lack of communication, once I communicated the issue they've always turned it back on for me.. my only problem is the 2week payments outside of that their a pretty good company in My opinion.

      NOPE! Never again! Miscommunication awful customer service. Bought a car that gave me so much trouble told them over and over again and was told i didn't have warranty . Now that i did a voluntary repo they tell me i have warranty. F this place! What a joke! I would give zero stars if i could

      I see complaints about the manager John from two years ago and he literally is the same. Just yesterday his exact words was”well let’s just hope you have that money in your account”. I say we all come together and do a class act lawsuit on this company. False advertisement off lowering credit, making unauthorized payments, management is absolutely horrible. Something has to be done to end this company
