  1st can't log in keep getting a SSN DOESN'T NOT MATCH (???) It's the only one I have there help section makes me feel like a mouse in a maze. Told I would receive an email in response to my issue w/I 24 hours I did JUST REPEATING WHAT I SAID WTH??? No phone number to speak of. If it's an consolation to Credit karma I belonged to numerous Credit services and have the same issue with credit karma, so not unusual Just saying LOL But looked up the one 4 Star and 5 star review BOTH ARE within Walking distance of Mountain View (Credit Sesame H.Q.) anyone want to bet WHERE THEY WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Sorry you are having trouble signing up for Credit Sesame. Unfortunately, with credit services like Credit Sesame, some very small percentage of consumers may have difficulty being accurately identified by the credit bureau. Typically this happens to consumers that don't have a lot of established credit on their credit report but it can also be a sign that there might be a bigger problems with your credit file. We would recommend that you first get a copy of your TransUnion credit report from annualcreditreport.com. This won't cost you anything and, if you are unable authenticate online, you'll have an option to manually send in identity verification documentation. Once you've received your full TU credit report, you want to make sure that all of your data is correct. If you don't notice anything inaccurate, you may want to contact TransUnion to make sure that there are no other credit reports that are associated with your SSN and make sure they have all of your information completely accurate. Also be aware that credit bureaus also may place a security block on your credit file because of concern of ID theft for some consumer profiles. I hope this information helps.   Never heard of this company before until I've had to unsubscribe from their email spam list 7 times in the last 2 months. Mind you I never signed up for this.
