  I discovered that my account had been debited for an amount that I had not authorized. I went into the UIC East branch and spoke with Le-sa J regarding my issue and she immediately started working on my account. She called the accounting department and alerted the fraud department. She also gave me a copy of the altered check that was cleared. It took some time and investigation, but she got it done. It was a delight working with her. She answered all my questions, she was patient and she is definitely an asset to Credit Union 1. I'm truly thankful for Le-sa's help.

  I have had two auto loans and one home loan with this branch. While it has sometimes been a bumpy road and things have not always gone perfectly, I have ALWAYS received responsive and pleasant customer service. If there are problems with my accounts, either Le-Sa Jones or Rosa Lopez can to the bottom of it. They actually call the Credit 1 departments first, before they contact me. By the time I am contacted, the problem has already resolved. I visit the branch regularly to review my accounts and I am always met with one of them willing and assist me. As a customer, I appreciate this approach and it does make me want to continue to have my loans processed through the branch.
