  Been a member since 2016, the tellers are super nice… I don’t have a problem with getting transactions done. My problem lies within the loan center of the bank, they always tell me that if a situation comes up tell them and let them know, I do that, and they are only nice up until a certain point then they get kinda rude (no offense). Last week when I asked if I could have another week to pay my payments (I needed that money for rent so I’m not in the streets) they had a problem with that. I’m also one for wanting to stay on top of my payments as well, but sometimes it’s hard and I can only make the bare minimum (which was $96 dollars now 115) I wish they wouldn’t punish people for going through rough times. Another thing I’ve noticed is when I made a little bit more, they raised my car payment. I was paying 81 but now since I make more it’s 95? Make it make sense. Tell me if the tellers are nice and wanting to help, then why can’t everyone else be that way? Not to mention, before I put my funds on a different card they would freeze it even if I made the payments, I don’t know if it was just me and my parents that this happens too but it’s been happening. It’s scary because my dad is 70 something years old with a heart condition and it’s almost impossible to get his medication without going to the bank or calling first. I’ve been with banks before but never was treated like this by the loan officer. Normally banks help you out if in situations like this. Also told me to get rid of the one thing that I was using to help with my anxiety because “it was to expensive” they told me to get a second job (as I’m not already working enough) to feel their pockets. I remember back even in 2020 where I had 3 subscriptions, making less, and being able to work around and was getting my stuff paid. Now it’s “give me as much money as you make” regardless of how much I actually owe on it. But when I go and complain on social media I’m the bad person. Which I’m able to say how I’m being treated. I really do like this bank, just please get rid of the people who are doing this. I really hate writing paragraphs complaining.
