  My father who just moved down from Montana needed to find a bank to get his truck refinanced down here. We worked with Corrina at the Lakewood branch location. She was very knowledgeable and kind to me and my father. If I wasn't a loyal customer to CHASE bank I would have my banking with this Credit Union. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone who wants a car loan. They have very good rates on used cars. ( I am a used car salesman) Thank you!

  WORST AUTO LOAN EXPERIENCE EVER. Rates are good/fine, getting a loan bumpy but we got through it, most of the people we spoke with were nice but WOW there are some seriously incompetent people working/running this ship. We've heard just about every excuse imaginable as they continuously screw up time after time. They tried to blame the DMV and the DMV was CORRECT!! The blame the pandemic for delays where in our case it was all their fault. Most of our issue seems to be due to a name change that occurred, and was properly documented, 6 YEARS AGO. They don't proof read anything, just blame "the system" for pulling in the WRONG information even though it's clearly not the same as the loan we JUST closed on. We've had to take EXTRA trips to the DMV because of the TERRIBLE handling of the title on Credit Union of Colorado's part, when do they start paying us for our time that they've wasted?! We're going to have to extend our temporary tag because of this mess and then go back to the DMV again once it's all finally resolved. They obviously don't care. I'd give zero stars if I could, go elsewhere for your banking needs...refie your home if you can & have the time! Just to be clear, I work in the construction industry and I've seen my fair share of stupid but these people trump them all.
